“Saga Atash” LLC: Our flagship ship repair and shipbuilding facility, located in the sheltered waters of Bautino Bay, Kazakhstan. Saga Atash is equipped with critical infrastructure to serve a wide range of vessels, including:
A modern pier for simultaneous multiple vessel operations.
A 400-ton capacity floating dock for dry-docking and major hull repairs.
A fully-equipped floating workshop and a 16-ton capacity floating crane.

“NEOTEC NDT”: A pioneering technological company based in Aktau, specializing in advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and cutting-edge robotic inspection solutions. NEOTEC NDT ensures the highest standards of integrity and safety for critical infrastructure, vessels, and equipment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to prevent failures and extend operational lifecycles.
Maritime Institute of Guinea (“Institut Maritime de Guinee” – IMG): Our visionary private maritime institution established to be a leader in the field. The IMG’s mission is twofold:
To provide initial training for a new generation of maritime professionals through faculties in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, and Maritime Management.
To deliver Tailored Training Programs specifically designed for CAG staff and the wider industry, ensuring an elite, highly skilled workforce. The institute will also feature a research center focused on transshipment engineering and navigation innovation.
CAG Transshipment Solutions: The operational arm specializing in engineered logistics for dry bulk commodities. With proven expertise in grain transshipment in Ukraine and bauxite in Guinea (notably in Kamsar), this division is launching the Sola Logistics project to further optimize mineral exports from Guinea.
